We ship securely with USPS priority mail services (tracking included). Orders may take up 4 weeks to ship but typically go out earlier. Tapestries and pillows can take up to 6 weeks. international shipping may take longer.

For international orders, I use USPS first class mail, which includes a customs number that tracks your package only to the US border.
In general, no returns, exchanges or refunds for any items will be allowed. The one exception is for goods damaged in transit, in which case a store credit will be given. Damaged items must be shipped back at buyer’s expense within 10 days of the date they were received, as indicated by the USPS tracking service. Before returning an item, please email me for instructions and, if possible, include an image of the damage.
